Stacey L. Silvers, M.D. is board certified in Otolaryngology. Her training includes Facial Plastic Surgery and Pediatric Otolaryngology. Her specialties include Sinus Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery, including non-surgical, minimally invasive procedures. She has been named among America's Top Physicians in 2007 and 2005 and among America's Top Surgeons in 2006, 2004 and 2003 in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology. Dr. Silvers is an adjunct professor of Otolaryngology at Touro College in New York. She has conducted an FDA clinical study on the use of Radiesse� for lipoatrophy, which is now one of the top facial fillers. She is presently working on a research project for a new fixation technique in brow lift surgery. Dr. Silvers has also published several articles and delivered presentations across the country.
Dr. Silvers received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1993. She then completed her General Surgery internship and an Otolaryngology residency at Montefiore Medical Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Since then, she has kept abreast of developments in the field by taking courses in topics including rhinoplasty, endoscopic brow and face lift surgery, face lift and neck contouring surgery, and endoscopic sinus surgery at universities across the country, as well as completing a mini-fellowship in endoscopic face lift surgery.
Dr. Silvers has been featured on Channel 11 news and the "Wellness Hour" discussing minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Dr. Silvers' professional memberships include the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (Fellow), the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (Fellow), and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Silvers' hospital affiliations include Beth Israel Hospital and St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Manolidis joined Madison ENT in July of 2007 and received his medical degree from TUFTS university, school of medicine in Boston in 1988. His residency training was completed at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Following the completion of his training he obtained Board Certification in the United States, Canada and Europe. During his residency training he also obtained a doctorate degree on extensive collaborative research relating to auditory processing in the mammalian auditory cortex. After completing his residency training he obtained his first fellowship training in advanced oncologic head and neck surgery, reconstructive surgery and craniofacial reconstruction at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. He then completed a second fellowship in Otology - Neurotology & skull base surgery with the otology group under the direction of M. E. Glasscock.
Committed to academia, he joined the Baylor College of Medicine, department of otolaryngology in Houston, Texas in 1997. While at Baylor College of Medicine he practiced at Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital, Texas Children's Hospital and extensively staffed the VA and Ben Taub General Hospital. He developed extensive expertise in Ear surgery, Skull base surgery, Head & Neck surgery and craniofacial reconstruction. He created and directed the Texas Children's Hospital Center for Hearing, a multidisciplinary endeavor for children with deafness, hearing loss and Otologic problems. This clinic went on to be one of the most successful in the nation under his direction. He in addition directed the pediatric head and neck and skull base tumor clinic which dealt with the complex surgical management of pediatric head and neck tumors. In addition to this he became a founding member of the facial nerve disorders clinic which oversaw the management and surgical correction of facial nerve disorders and the tumors related to these conditions.
His academic productivity during his 7 years at Baylor College of Medicine was intense and earned Dr. Manolidis membership The Head & Neck Surgery society: the Collegium Amitiae Sacrum along with 20 other ENT - Head & Neck Surgeons from the United States.
