Office Philosophy
Ours is not a typical doctor's office. We work hard to create a supportive environment where patients are treated as active participants in their health care. At Madison ENT our staff is comprised of highly experienced professionals dedicated to your well-being. Our caring staff members support the efforts of Dr. Silvers and Dr. Manolidis to provide top quality health care. They will answer your questions and address your concerns, both before and after you meet with the doctor. In our office, you will find a respectful staff that is dedicated to meeting your healthcare needs to the full extent of their abilities. We welcome feedback from patients with suggestions for improvement!

Our operating room and exam suites are designed to offer patients comfort, convenience and privacy while maintaining the highest level of safety. It was constructed to include the most current technology and equipment.
A Typical Visit
On your first visit, you will be asked to complete a medical history and information form. Each visit will typically include an examination by Dr. Silvers or Dr. Manolidis, as well as a discussion of the treatment options and anticipated results.
In addition, our health care team consists of a Registered Nurse, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Assistant and a Surgical Coordinator. All of these staff are available to you depending on your specific needs. When patients have questions or concerns after their visit, we encourage them to call any of us and we respond promptly with professional advice.
